About the Program:
As a valued support professional in a family law office, you play a vital role in the success of your team. This learning bundle features the session recordings from the 2025 Elite Training for Family Law Support Staff and is designed specifically to address the unique challenges you face in a fast-paced family law environment. Taught by experienced AAML Fellows, these courses will help you strengthen your professional skills, boost your confidence, and handle complex family law tasks with greater ease—so your office can operate more efficiently and effectively.
Who This Program Is For:
Support staff in family law offices of AAML Fellows who seek to improve their skills and contribute more effectively to their teams. This virtual training is appropriate for ALL experience levels, as faculty will share evolving standards and trends in representation to remain relevant at the highest level.
This program is limited to support staff of AAML Fellow law firms. If a non‑Fellow registers, their access will be declined, and a refund will be issued.

Cassandra Chin is a Partner with Nichols Zauzig and joined the firm’s family law group in 2001. Ms. Chin has been involved with local and state bar associations since early on in her career. She served on the Board of Governors for the Virginia State Bar Family Law Section for 7 years, becoming Chair in 2012. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), an organization of dedicated and professional family lawyers who are recognized and respected by the bench and bar as the leaders in the field. She is the Immediate Past President of the AAML Virginia Chapter and serves as a Vice President on the AAML National Executive Committee. She has also served AAML as Membership Chair (2018-2021), Secretary (2021-2022), and the elected Virginia representative to the National Board of Governors (2014-2020). Since 2019, she has been a Diplomate to the American College of Family Trial Lawyers, which is comprised of 100 of the top family law trial lawyers from across the United States and is by invitation only. She was co-chair of the Prince William County Bar Association Family Law Committee from 2007-2023. Ms. Chin has been recognized by Virginia and Washington, D.C. Super Lawyers since 2016, and she has been listed in Best Lawyers in America since 2020. In 2023, she was awarded the Family Law Service Award by the Virginia State Bar Family Law Section Board of Governors. In 2024, Virginia Lawyers Weekly named Ms. Chin as a “Go To Lawyer" for Family Law.

Mr. Eaton is the senior associate attorney with Sasser, Cestero & Roy, P.A. in West Palm Beach, Florida. In 2021, Mr. Eaton attained Board Certification in Marital and Family Law. Mr. Eaton dedicates himself exclusively to the practice of Marital and Family Law by representing clients in Dissolution of Marriage, Paternity, Modification, and Enforcement actions, involving complex children’s issues, equitable distribution, alimony, and child support. Mr. Eaton has represented clients at both the trial and appellate court levels.
Mr. Eaton is an active member of The Family Law Section of the Florida Bar currently serving on the Section’s Executive Council. He serves on the Section’s Legislation Committee, offering guidance on proposed legislation related to marital and family law. Additionally, Mr. Eaton has authored materials for and presented at multiple Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs.
In his free time, Mr. Eaton is an avid sports fan and can often be seen cheering for his favorite ice hockey team, the Florida Panthers.

Rebecca Millenbach has been practicing law since May of 2001 and has focused her practice exclusively on family law matters since 2005. As a Partner at Nelson, Krueger & Millenbach, LLC, Rebecca represents clients in all areas of family law including divorce, paternity, child support, maintenance, post judgment matters, and legal separation.
Studying political science and communications, Rebecca received her bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. While attending Marquette University Law School, where she received her Juris Doctorate, Rebecca was a finalist in Raymond Klitzke Moot Court competition and interned for the Internal Revenue Service, Office of District Counsel.
Rebecca is a strong advocate for her clients and she provides realistic and sound advice. She believes in the philosophy that a cooperative approach is the best way to resolve family law issues, and works hard to ensure her clients are armed with the proper legal knowledge to facilitate amicable resolutions. Jenny was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina, and she is a graduate of the College of Charleston and Charleston School of Law. Jenny is an experienced attorney who holds an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and she is a frequent speaker at local, state, and national continuing legal education seminars.
She is the planner and moderator for the annual Guardian ad Litem training, sponsored by the South Carolina Bar, which provides training for Guardians ad Litem throughout the state to maintain their certification to serve in contested family court cases.
Jenny also edited both editions of The South Carolina Guardian ad Litem Toolkit, which were published in March 2014 (1st Edition) and in November 2021 (2nd Edition) by the South Carolina Bar CLE Division. This valuable resource has been very well received by judges and attorneys all across our state.
She was one of only 18 attorneys in South Carolina to be selected to participate in the 2014 Leadership Academy sponsored by the SC Bar and is a graduate of the program. In 2018, she was proud to be selected to participate in Leadership Spartanburg by the Spartanburg Area Chamber of Commerce.

He is also a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers and a Board-Certified Family Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Stevens has been designated as a Super Lawyer in Family Law for multiple years, and he is listed in The Best Lawyers in America©. He has held an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell for many years. Ben previously served on the Board of Governors of the South Carolina Bar, as well as Chair of both the South Carolina Bar’s Family Law Council and the Family Law Section of the South Carolina Association for Justice. Mr. Stevens co-authored Family Law Essentials: A Primer for the Private Practice Before the Family Court in South Carolina, which was published in 2018 by the South Carolina Bar. This comprehensive book not only explains the substantive law and procedure, it also provides tips and pointers for a more efficient and effective family law practice. He has planned, moderated, and given presentations on family law topics locally, nationally, and internationally. Ben graduated with honors from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management with a minor in Accounting. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina. Ben is happily married to his law partner, Jenny Stevens, and they are the proud parents of six children, one grandchild, and four cats. In his (sparse and infrequent) spare time, he enjoys painting as a hobby.

For nearly thirty years, Adam John Wolff has settled, and, if necessary, litigated and tried disputes involving divorce, equitable distribution, custody and visitation, and other areas of family law and matrimonial practice. Prior to co-founding the firm now known as Alter Wolff Foley & Stutman LLP, Adam practiced law at Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman LLP (now Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP), where he similarly focused on family law, including as a partner for eleven years. Prior to joining Kasowitz, Adam was associated with Rosenman & Colin LLP (now Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP), where he practiced general commercial litigation, as well as family and matrimonial law. Adam graduated from The University of California at Berkeley School of Law in 1994 and attended Harvard Law School for his final year of law school. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The University of Pennsylvania - Wharton School of Business, magna cum laude, in 1991. Adam is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers ("AAML"), where he holds a number of leadership positions, including as a Past President of the New York Chapter and Co-Chair of the national committee for Chapter Leaders. He is also a member of the Family Law Section of the New York State Bar Association. Adam is a frequent lecturer, to attorneys, financial professionals, and mental health organizations. Adam’s unique ability to understand complex financial aspects of complicated cases, while remaining sensitive to the deeply personal issues of family law matters as well as maintaining a dry wit, distinguishes him in the industry.
